Job Summary

An online freelance marketplace has a current position open for a Remote Sales Finance Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading the annual sales compensation planning process
  • Building and launching training materials
  • Ensuring accurate, timely, and reliable plan administration

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 10+ years of Finance, Sales Operations, Compensation and/or Strategy & Operations experience
  • Proven leadership ability, 2+ years of people management experience
  • Expert knowledge of sales compensation concepts
  • Familiarity with general finance concepts
  • Familiarity with sales compensation planning tools (Anaplan, Adaptive)
  • Excellent modeling, reporting and presentation skills (Excel, Google suite)
