Job Summary
An online freelance marketplace has a current position open for a Remote Sales Finance Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading the annual sales compensation planning process
- Building and launching training materials
- Ensuring accurate, timely, and reliable plan administration
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 10+ years of Finance, Sales Operations, Compensation and/or Strategy & Operations experience
- Proven leadership ability, 2+ years of people management experience
- Expert knowledge of sales compensation concepts
- Familiarity with general finance concepts
- Familiarity with sales compensation planning tools (Anaplan, Adaptive)
- Excellent modeling, reporting and presentation skills (Excel, Google suite)
