Job Summary
A software company is seeking a Remote Sales Financial Planning and Analysis Senior Manager in Murray.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Supporting the strategic and financial planning processes, annual budget, and monthly forecasts
- Developing detailed models and tools to forecast, measure performance, and provide variance analysis
- Strategizing with Sales leadership on headcount and territory planning
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5-7 years’ experience in FP&A or similar metric driven Sales Operations function
- Demonstrated experience building and leading high-performing teams
- Excellent analytical skills with an ability to manipulate large data sets and derive critical insights
- High level of competency in Microsoft Excel, including Index, VLOOKUPs, and pivot tables
- Experience with Salesforce, Adaptive Insights and other data analytic software platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate with multiple levels
