Job Summary
An HVAC company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Sales Learning Experience Designer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Designing intuitive and creative learning or performance support tools and sales programs
- Developing training with an emphasis on innovative learning and performance support
- Applying what you know about adult learning and sharing what you learn along the way with the rest of the team
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Quick to grasp how building environments are created and business lines organized
- Holds a bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Education
- Can look at a project and find alternatives
- Can change course if needed
- Isn’t limited by what’s out there today and is constantly looking for what is next
- Realizes the importance of details in leading to impactful outcomes
