Job Summary
Driving pipeline discipline and revenue performance, the full-time Remote Sales Manager will oversee a team of 5-10 junior Account Executives, focusing on performance management and activity accountability in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure pipeline creation and health through weekly reviews and quick gap resolution
- Enforce activity standards and follow-up discipline across the team
- Coach representatives to expand account penetration and build multi-threaded relationships
Required qualifications
- 3-7+ years of sales experience, including 2+ years in a management role
- Experience in promotional products is helpful but not required
- Strong CRM and reporting skills, with familiarity in HubSpot and commonsku preferred
- Proven ability to implement structure and enforce standards
- Ability to prioritize metrics and behavior over motivational tactics
