Job Summary
A healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Sales Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Monitor ISR workload and productivity
- Resolve compliance issues and follow up with disciplinary action when needed
- Ensure ISR compliance with us and client specific policies, procedures and processes
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree from an Accredited College or University
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a pharma field sales role
- 2+ years of experience supervising/managing employees
- 2 - 5 years of pharma or healthcare sales management experience (field or inside sales)
- 3+ years of experience in Specialty Pharmaceuticals required
- Scientific acumen required
