Role: Sales Manager
Reports to: Co-Founder and Director of Business Development
The Sales Manager is responsible for identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities. The Sales Manager will become a trusted resource and develop relationships with prospects, acting as the initial point of contact. The Sales Manager enjoys developing relationships, meeting new people, networking, and is committed to demonstrating to leads how we help clients obtain the work-life balance they desire by taking care of the back-office tasks that take them away from building their day-to-day work.
As a member of the Core Team, the Sales Manager will assist both directly and indirectly with day-to-day operations, participate in company goal-setting, and strategy discussions. The Sales Manager and the Sales & Marketing Director will meet, at minimum, 1x/week. Additional meetings or calls may occur as needed.
Position Requirements:
Weekly focus meeting with Director of Sales and Marketing (direct report)
Scheduling & holding sales appointments
Lead generation
Strategic thinking regarding sales and marketing
Experience selling for a virtual company structure
Experience selling for services and not products
Highly motivated to think outside the box and go after new opportunities
Assist with honing sales process
Follow up with potential clients
Having at least 50 touchpoints per week
Meeting weekly and monthly sales goals
Attend multiple networking meetings per month
Answering proposals
Potential to grow in responsibility as the company grows

Qualifications:
Must reside in the United States, Atlanta, GA area
2+ years of experience work remote/virtual related experience
2+ years of sales and networking experience (outbound sales preferred, but not required)
Experience communicating in online communities such as networking groups, Slack, and other forums
Experience with technology such as; Google Suite, Basecamp, Slack, Microsoft Suite, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign

Compensation:
This is a contract, role with our company
Part-time base pay with uncapped commission potential
