Job Summary

A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Sales Operation Strategy Senior Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Identify ways to reduce time to contracting or ease of contracting
• Develop and execute pipeline monitoring process and tracking
• Lead cross functional workstreams to execute integrated business development strategy and tactics

Qualifications for this position include:

• 4-year bachelor's degree program
• 10+ years' experience in business development, strategic consulting or other analytical work
• Experience with an emphasis on operational processes to drive sales
• Healthcare marketing, business development, and account-based sales experience required
• Experience in building and maintaining customer profiles
• Ability to analyze and improve sales processes and tools, to include proposals
