Job Summary
A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Sales Operation Strategy Senior Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Identify ways to reduce time to contracting or ease of contracting
- Develop and execute pipeline monitoring process and tracking
- Lead cross functional workstreams to execute integrated business development strategy and tactics
Qualifications for this position include:
- 4-year bachelor's degree program
- 10+ years' experience in business development, strategic consulting or other analytical work
- Experience with an emphasis on operational processes to drive sales
- Healthcare marketing, business development, and account-based sales experience required
- Experience in building and maintaining customer profiles
- Ability to analyze and improve sales processes and tools, to include proposals
