Job Summary
A web-based learning platform has an open position for a Remote Sales Operations Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Understand and apply consistent pricing structure
- Follow-up on orders with Sales and customers to determine status
- Process changes and adjustments to existing orders or invoices
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred. Business degree is a plus.
- 3 years relevant work experience in sales operations
- Experience working in fast paced SaaS company, especially in Education or Public Sector
- Strong organizational, mathematical and analytical skills required
- Ability to multi-task and work independently with high attention to detail
- Ability to handle volume of transactions and meet specific deadlines
