Job Summary

A software development company is in need of a Remote Sales Operations Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Driving bookings attainment goals in region: diagnose gaps and develop action plans to improve performance
• Assessing existing business practices and create innovative approaches for improved efficiency and effectiveness
• Driving weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadence around planning, forecasting, and business reviews

Qualifications Include:

• 3-5 years of professional experience that includes, Sales Operations, Business Operations and Project Management
• Excellent analytical skills with the demonstrated ability to derive insights and trends to take action against
• Experience with sales forecasting and operations
• Experience with BI and Analysis tools: Excel, Tableau, PowerBI, Salesforce
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational improvement initiatives
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple functions/organizations
