Job Summary
A developer of human resources software is in need of a Remote Sales Operations Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Developing reporting and automation of key performance metrics to help drive revenue and optimize sales efficiency and effectiveness
- Delivering accurate and on-time analyses, reports and ad-hoc requests for sales leadership and other company executives
- Working closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement; assist sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies; facilitate continuous process improvement.
Position Requirements Include:
- 2+ years of experience in sales/business operations and/or strategy
- Experience using Salesforce
- Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, including Pivot Tables
- Ability to manage priorities and deliverables under tight timeframes
- Problem solver mindset
