Job Summary

A professional services firm is seeking a Remote Sales Operations and Analytics Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and send timely, professional written and oral communications
• Serve as internal and external point of contact on all global client communications
• Create and maintain standardized client communication templates

Qualifications Include:

• Able to travel 6-8 times a year
• Customer Service Experience supporting clients in a fast-paced office or virtual environment
• College degree
• 3-5 years of project management, data analytics or financial experience
