Job Summary
A software company is filling a position for a Remote Sales Operations and Compensation Senior Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Analyzing the health of the business and interpret key performance metrics
- Executing key recommendations in collaboration with other functions and /or stakeholders
- Creating and Implementing an End to End compensation planning and deployment process
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 12+ years of experience working for an enterprise software company
- Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's Degree in an analytical field
- Experience with Xactly, Salesforce and Google docs suite
- Strong stakeholder management skills
