Job Summary

A software company is filling a position for a Remote Sales Operations and Compensation Senior Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Analyzing the health of the business and interpret key performance metrics
  • Executing key recommendations in collaboration with other functions and /or stakeholders
  • Creating and Implementing an End to End compensation planning and deployment process

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 12+ years of experience working for an enterprise software company
  • Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in an analytical field
  • Experience with Xactly, Salesforce and Google docs suite
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
