Job Summary
A technology business school is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Sales Operations and Enablement Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Serving as a liaison and champion across teams
- Working with Sales Management and CRO to build reports to drive revenue, accurate forecasting, and sales coaching opportunities
- Maintaining and troubleshooting SalesLoft and Salesforce integration to ensure accurate data collection
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3-5+ years of progressive experience in sales operations and enablement
- Bachelor’s degree, preference to Business, Marketing, or Operations
- Familiarity with admin setup of SalesLoft
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com admin functions and report building
- Strong knowledge of sales process and sales tools
- Excellent cross-department communication skills
