Job Summary
An IT company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Sales Operations Business Insights Lead.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Determining team data needs and work with Operations / data stakeholders to collect required data
- Establishing and coordinating Elevate KPIs to measure progress
- Working with LOB stakeholders to define and increase visibility into forecasting data
Position Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of expertise in a Data Analyst role
- Experience using data blending tools like Alteryx/ Tableau prep to manipulate data from disparate data sources
- Intermediate to expert level knowledge of SFDC and Tableau
- Advanced level experience using Excel formulas, pivot tables, and charts to provide detailed analytical reports
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally, building and maintaining trust with internal stakeholders
