Job Summary

A telecommunications service provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Sales Operations Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Supporting the Sales Team with 1st line support inquires related to CRM and Sales processes
  • Supporting the administration of Sales software and other tools to drive adoption
  • Deduplicating of salesforce records, ad hoc data management projects and data entry

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Ideally you have 3 years of experience supporting Sales and/or other teams
  • Experienced in the use of Microsoft office products
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with strong customer orientation
  • Strong organizational and time management skills - able to focus on urgent and important tasks
