Job Summary

A digital curriculum company is in need of a Remote Sales Operations Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Understanding and communicating pricing and policies
• Reviewing incoming orders for approval and collaborate with internal departments to ensure that approved orders are accurately fulfilled
• Monitoring incoming faxes, take action or distribute to appropriate parties

Qualifications Include:

• Proficient with MS Office Suite
• Knowledge of Salesforce, preferred
• Must be detail-oriented and be able to communicate effectively to multiple audiences
• Collaborative individual with a can-do attitude
• Excellent communication, decision-making, time management, and organization skills
• Effective planning, analytical, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
