Job Summary
A purchase panel company is seeking a Remote Sales Operations Director .
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a Sales Training program for the existing sales team
- Design, implement, and execute on sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes
- Create reporting that enables recommendations for changing sales roles
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3+ years' sales management / operations experience in B2B sales environment
- Bachelor's degree required
- Highly proficient with Salesforce.com
- Strong executive presence and comfort working with senior leadership
- Aptitude and passion for reporting and analysis
