Job Summary
A real estate and financial services company is in need of a Remote Sales Operations Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Embed with our Sales teams to explore and document their current processes, pain-points, and opportunities for improvement
- Analyze our current sales funnel, Salesforce configuration, and Mode reporting
- Provide guidance for the long term design and development of sales tools / systems
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- You’ve spent 5+ years at high performing growth startup working in Sales Operations, analytics, or strategy
- Self-starter attitude, comfort working in ambiguous environments, and independently driving towards outcomes
- Bias towards action and results-oriented mindset that prioritizes progress over perfection
- Demonstrated success of building from scratch, leading Sales transformations, and ability to tie results to your work
- Willingness to continually optimize our processes and tools to match our evolving business needs
- Advance knowledge of SQL, Excel, Salesforce and Business Intelligence platforms (knowing Mode is a plus)
