Job Summary
Driving sales performance and team development, the full-time Remote Sales Operations Manager will oversee sales metrics, implement corrective actions, and foster a high-performance culture while working from home.
Key responsibilities
- Own overall sales performance across assigned programs and drive daily/weekly performance rhythms
- Lead and develop Team Leaders and Sales Coaches, ensuring effective coaching and accountability
- Identify performance gaps and partner with leaders to build strong pipelines and meet targets
Required qualifications
- Associate's Degree preferred with over ten years of experience, including 2-4 years in Progressive Management
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or Sales Operations Manager for at least 1 year
- 3-5 years of high-level sales leadership experience, preferably in outbound sales
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and improve work processes and implement change
- Strong mentoring and coaching skills with a focus on continuous improvement
