Job Summary
An information management company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Sales Operations Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing and/or overseeing the implementation of sales strategy and programs
- Leading projects and initiatives focused on driving change
- Possessing the ability to effectively support new product and process innovation
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of relevant sales operations and strategy formulation experience
- Experience in enterprise, mid-market and SMB sales at a high growth company
- Strong problem solving, organizational and collaboration skills
- Experience building and leading a high performing team
- Understanding of sale forecasting, sales force automation, planning, management, reporting, analytics, and incentive compensation
