Job Summary
An enterprise gifting platform has an open position for a Remote Sales Operations Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Help build best-in-class sales processes
- Provide business analysis expertise
- Act as a partner to the Sales and Operations teams to provide innovative business solution design
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Extensive experience using Salesforce including familiarity with Leads, Accounts and Contacts, Quotes and Agreements, Opportunity Products
- Must have at least 2 years experience inserting, updating and extracting data from Salesforce and related systems
- Experience with business requirements documentation and analysis, modelling business practices, and presenting complex ideas
- Laser-focused on the details
- Strong analytical skills including advanced data transformation processes
- Pipeline reporting experience including forecasting and modelling
