Job Summary
An e-commerce provider and online marketplace for the cannabis industry is in need of a Remote Sales Operations Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Building and analyzing commission, referral, and payment reports
- Maintaining and designing advanced reports, dashboards, and business process automation
- Assisting in planning sales territories and forecasting, sales compensation plans and incentives
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 6+ years experience in a sales operations manager role
- Salesforce power user; expertise with analytics and forecasting tools
- Experience collaborating with sales leaders with an emphasis on change management
- Excellent time management and project management skills and the ability to communicate those laterally and vertically
