Job Summary
A company that provides equity planning and stock option financing is seeking a Remote Sales Operations Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of our top of funnel to close process works and build processes to help us scale
- Help define KPIs for the sales org and build the infrastructure for proper tracking and reporting
- Ensure the CRM consolidates all our prospect and customer information to provide trusted insights for all departments
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 4+ years sales operations experience
- A collaborative working style, with experience working across the company with teams of varied size to achieve common goals
- Proficient in Salesforce administration, system configuration, architecture, reporting/dashboard creation, integrations
- Comfortable manipulating very high data volumes in Excel/Google Sheets
