Job Summary

A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Sales Operations Manager in Los Angeles.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Develop new business functions and processes into the current Salesforce CRM instance
  • Manage and build multiple integrations across departments and tools
  • Manage the day to day operations, service and support the Sales team in the use of Salesforce

Qualifications Include:

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Salesforce Administration or a related role
  • Salesforce certified administrator a must (ADM 201) or salesforce certified advanced administrator
  • Deep subject matter expertise and professional experience in running sales operations across channels
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex issues
  • Strong project management experience
  • Fluency with operational data
