Job Summary

A business services and development company is filling a position for a Remote Sales Operations Manager in San Diego.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Lead a team of specialists who are responsible for specific account reps and accounts
• Provide support on deal structuring and understanding of customer contracts guiding new business, upsell, and cross sell activities
• Ensure pipeline hygiene and accurate reflection of deals in our forecast

Required Skills:

• Has previous management experience
• 2+ Years proven experience of Sales Operations in a software sales organization
• Has been in a sales supporting role previously
• Proficient in the use of sales methodologies and sales force automation tools
