Job Summary
is seeking a Remote Sales Operations Senior. Director.
Must be able to:
- Assist with all executive analyses, strategies, and deliverables (e.g., board materials, QBRs)
- Research and invest in tools that help us scale and drives the highest quantity of the highest quality activities
- Streamline and improve the internal sales process and AE/AM experience to enter, update, progress, and confirm a deal in our systems, including opportunity assessment and quoting
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 10+ years of work experience, with at least 5+ years prior experience in sales strategy and operations for a high growth company
- A track record of building high-performing teams
- Highly analytical, and capable of synthesizing complex and unstructured data into insights and high-impact actions
- Constructive, energetic and proactive, and bring a positive attitude to all that you do
- Great instincts when it comes to what will work for sellers, and strive for simplicity, efficiency and automation
