Job Summary

A research and data analytics company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Sales Operations Senior Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Serving as a developer and administrator for the Salesforce environment alongside system admin
  • Training new users, and growing the Salesforce skill set across the organization.
  • Managing email marketing campaign outreach, response and follow up within CRM

Required Skills:

  • BA/BS degree, advanced degree
  • Experience in Pharma / Life Science
  • Advanced MS PowerPoint & Excel skills
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude
  • 5-7+ years of experience working within a fast past, growing sales organization with multiple product lines
