Job Summary
A staffing and recruitment agency is in need of a Remote Sales Operations Specialist in Lawrence.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Assist with order assignment, reporting and entry into SFDC
- Assist with order submissions and inquiries
- Provide license reconciliation and answering inquiries from partners and customers on license counts
Qualifications for this position include:
- Familiarity with Nuance Enterprise Solutions and their partner ecosystem
- Background in channel sales and operational support (on a global level preferred)
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, detailed oriented
- Excellent understanding of standard business practices related to internal and external sales and operational processes and systems
