Job Summary
A health and wellness company is in need of a Remote Sales Operations Specialist in San Francisco.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Acting as operational support for the sale, helping to facilitate the deal process & ensuring accurate contract data between stakeholders
- Ensuring our CRM accurately reflects customer data, and is updated in a timely fashion
- Managing documentation on sales processes, policies, Sales Operations training materials & assisting with on-boarding new talent
Position Requirements Include:
- 2+ years in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Business Operations, preferably in high volume SaaS/hardware
- Demonstrated project management expertise with a keen attention to detail
- A consultative approach; ability to develop rapport & trust with internal teams & external stakeholders to achieve established goals
