A developer of data management software has an open position for a Remote Sales Operations Systems Administrator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop a detailed understanding of CRM core application architecture
- Troubleshoot system issues reported by end users
- Establish and drive compliance with CI/CD best practices
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- You have experience working with Process Builder and Flow
- You have at least 3-5 years' of experience
- You have Salesforce Certified Administrator certification
- You have the ability to document processes, automation, and chart customizations
