Remote Sales Operations Vice President

Job Summary

A workers’ compensation healthcare administrator has an open position for a Remote Sales Operations Vice President.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Leading the sales operations team, processes, and tools that drive sales efficiency and consequently, revenue growth
• Ensuring the availability of proper sales training initiatives as well as developing improvement plans based on sales performance reports, customer feedback and internal reports designed to measure customer health
• Designing, implementing, and managing sales processes, establishing a high level of quality, accuracy, and process consistency

Qualifications Include:

• BS/BA degree from an accredited college/university
• Minimum of 5 years of sales solutions engineering/architecture experience
• Proven excellent ability to influence decision making at all levels of organization
• Ability to own the strategy for creation, accuracy, and efficient distribution of sales metrics, reports and other sales related business intelligence essential to the organization
• Ability to drive adoption of forecasting (pipeline) tools and dashboards within the sales organization
• Ability to lead account planning for assigned medium and small market segments, responsible for the growth, retention and account management for all customer segments
