Job Summary
A general underwriter leader and insurance technology company is seeking a Remote Sales Optimization Vice President.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Establishing a market-leading sales and producer training team
- Aligning reporting, training, and incentive programs with performance management priorities
- Working with HR to develop sales incentive compensation programs
Qualifications Include:
- 10+ years of proven success in the use of modeling and segmentation to drive organizational effectiveness
- 10+ years of experience in the property insurance business or a fierce commitment to learn the industry
- Proven ability to convey information clearly and succinctly up, down and across an organization
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong command of Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience utilizing a CRM system (Salesforce strongly preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in business, risk management, mathematics, data science or related discipline
