Job Summary

A general underwriter leader and insurance technology company is seeking a Remote Sales Optimization Vice President.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Establishing a market-leading sales and producer training team
  • Aligning reporting, training, and incentive programs with performance management priorities
  • Working with HR to develop sales incentive compensation programs

Qualifications Include:

  • 10+ years of proven success in the use of modeling and segmentation to drive organizational effectiveness
  • 10+ years of experience in the property insurance business or a fierce commitment to learn the industry
  • Proven ability to convey information clearly and succinctly up, down and across an organization
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong command of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience utilizing a CRM system (Salesforce strongly preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in business, risk management, mathematics, data science or related discipline
