A web technology company has an open position for a Remote Sales Quality Assurance Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Running continuous quality evaluations for the sales team members
- Investigating customer complaints, and analyze data to identify gaps or barriers
- Working on improvement plans to drive constant growth within the sales team
Position Requirements Include:
- 2-3 years of proven experience as a quality assurance specialist
- Demonstrated ability to provide creative solutions and best practices
- Impressive presentation, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to propose innovative solutions to overcome flaws and weaknesses in the processes
- Ability to work closely with management and trainers to improve procedures and practices
