Job Summary

An information technology company that develops patient care data platforms has a current position open for a Remote Sales Recruiter.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Full life cycle recruiting of sales candidates from sourcing, to screening, to offer negotiation
• Conducting phone and video-conferencing to screen candidates for skill sets, attitude, enthusiasm and interest
• Presenting candidates to hiring managers and arranging interviews

Required Skills:

• Proven experience with in-house or agency recruiting
• Experience with all aspects of the recruiting function from sourcing to offer negotiation
• Ability to accommodate a wide range of positions from mid to executive level
• Hands on experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms
• Ability to multi-task and remain agile in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
• Ability to create and post openings on the company website and other job platforms to generate interest from candidates
