A customer data solutions company has a current position open for a Remote Sales Recruiter.
Must be able to:
- Utilize more than just LinkedIn for deeper research techniques and strategie
- Interview candidates and evaluate their technical skill set and match it to the right role
- Work directly with hiring managers as your true partners to find and attract talent specific to the team’s needs
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- You have an unquestionable commitment to integrity and a positive, upbeat mindset
- You have at least 3+ years of professional experience recruiting either in-house or at an agency
- Willing and able to be hands-on in sourcing, screening and closing candidates
- You continue to challenge yourself to grow by picking up new, innovative sourcing techniques regularly
- You consistently dig deeper beyond the surface level of a job profile
- You’ve hired for niche, high caliber engineering talent; you don’t stray away from the challenging roles
