An internet news and content sharing website is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Sales Recruiter.
Must be able to:
- Partner with client groups regularly to understand priority roles, required skills, company culture, position profile, etc
- Perform full-cycle recruitment (researching, scheduling, screening, closing) for multiple roles and teams
- Manage hiring manager expectations and develop team specific processes around interviewing
