Job Summary

An IT security company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Sales Recruiter or Senior Sales Recruiter.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Managing the entire life cycle recruiting
• Providing an efficient, high-touch experience for all candidates
• Developing creative recruiting strategies to ensure all positions are filled

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years recruiting in a growing tech company sourcing and hiring enterprise sales talent at all levels
• National sales recruiting experience
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with senior sales leaders
• Ability to make objective judgments and decisions using integrity and consistency
