Remote Sales Representative

Job Summary

Driven and motivated individuals will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Commercial Reservations Sales Representative, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing reservations for national rental accounts while working flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for national rental accounts, ensuring a fast and friendly reservation process
• Address customer service issues and collaborate with team members to provide effective solutions
• Utilize sales skills to drive customer satisfaction and support the rental needs of clients

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required; 2 years of successful sales experience highly preferred
• Proficiency with computers and previous call center or telemarketing experience preferred
• Bilingual written and verbal communication skills are highly preferred
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
