Job Summary

Work from home. Set your own schedule. Spend more time doing what you love!

Are you ready to take control of your work-life balance? As a Sales Representative, you'll be taking inbound customer calls from the comfort and safety of your own home - when it's most convenient for you!

Since these customers have already expressed interest in the products being sold, your role is pretty straightforward; if you can follow a script and bring a friendly voice, you'll be successful!

What You'll Be Doing:
You'll be talking with customers of top direct-to-consumer brands who call after seeing a product ad on TV. Products sold include cookware, other household goods, and apparel. On these calls, you'll:

Answer customer questions, with most answers provided within the script
Present offers as they come up in the script
Enter customer data into the system
Provide a scripted order summary
Submit the order

It's as simple as that! The majority of Sales Representatives are making at least $13/hour, and top earners are making $30-35/hour.

It's Remote and Flexible.

You'll be taking calls and making money from the comfort and safety of your own home.
Plus you'll enjoy flexible scheduling, where you use a self-scheduling platform to select when you work and when you don't. That means you'll have the freedom to schedule around your own needs, the needs of your family, and the important events in your life.
Hours of operation are 24/7, giving you complete flexibility to work when it's best for you.

What You Need to Be Successful:
Prior sales experience is NOT required, but it's important that you're passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences and maximizing sales opportunities. The most successful Sales Representatives tend to possess the following traits and skills:

Self-motivation
Determination to solve problems and meet goals
A passion for helping customers
Strong communication skills
Ability to be assertive, persuasive, and persistent, yet respectful
A positive and upbeat attitude
Adaptability and resilience
Basic computer proficiency

System Requirements:
It is recommended that you have a computer meeting at least the following specifications:

Operating System: Windows 8.1 or Windows 10
Processor: Intel Core i5 processor 1.7 GHz or Intel Pentium 4 processor 2.4 GHz
Memory: 2GB of RAM
Browser: Internet Explorer 11 and latest version of Chrome or Firefox
Monitor: Dual monitors, each capable of displaying at least 1024 x 768 pixels
