Remote Sales Representative

Job Summary

Remote Sales Representative, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to national rental accounts while working in a sales-driven environment with unlimited commission potential, is a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for national rental accounts, assisting with truck reservations and customer service issues
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
• Engage in sales activities to drive revenue and maintain strong relationships with customers

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 1 year of customer service experience required; 2 years of successful sales experience highly preferred
• Proficiency with computers is required; Salesforce experience preferred
• Must be flexible to work non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends
• Bilingual communication skills are highly preferred
