Key responsibilities
  • Engage customers through structured needs-discovery to uncover pain points and present tailored solutions
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to prioritize long-term customer satisfaction and guide decision-making
  • Accurately log call outcomes and sales activity in the CRM system while meeting daily and monthly performance KPIs
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in an inbound call center environment
  • Demonstrated knowledge of sales techniques, including needs discovery and objection handling
  • Strong active listening skills with the ability to adapt communication styles to various customer personalities
  • Empathy and patience, especially when assisting elderly or first-time customers
  • Comfortable using CRM software and sales tracking tools
