Remote Sales Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Remote Phone Sales Representative will assist customers in purchasing aftermarket auto parts, manage customer communications, and achieve sales goals while earning competitive hourly pay with performance bonuses.

Key responsibilities

• Handles customer inquiries through calls, texts, emails, and online chats regarding automotive accessory orders and product information
• Follows up with existing customers to close sales and suggest modifications based on their interests
• Processes orders and returns while meeting performance expectations for customer service quality and sales metrics

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to acquire automotive knowledge for supported vehicles
• Excellent sales ability and willingness to learn about products
• Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Must reside in specific states including PA, OH, MD, VA, SC, GA, FL, MS, KS, TX, AR, WI, MN, IN, NV, or UT
