Job Summary

To support automotive enthusiasts, the full-time Remote Phone Sales Representative will engage with customers through calls, texts, and chats to assist with purchasing aftermarket auto parts, while working from home and participating in required weekend shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Handles customer communications regarding orders, product inquiries, and returns via multiple channels
• Makes outbound calls to follow up on sales leads and closes sales effectively
• Utilizes product knowledge to suggest modifications and enhance customer vehicle experiences

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to acquire automotive knowledge for supported vehicles
• Excellent sales ability and willingness to learn about products
• Proficiency in computer keyboarding and internet skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Must reside in specific states including FL, PA, OH, MD, and others as listed
