You will work 30-39 hours weekly, Monday-Friday during business hours for a 100% remote company. You will be responsible for your computer and high speed internet, and will be working warm leads from various marketing sources. Hourly pay plus commissions will be paid making this an excellent work from home position for the ambitious sales professional.
During the first 6 months, you will be expected to achieve the following:
Win 3 out of every 10 sales appointments set by the team
Conduct 5 sales appointments per day
Follow the sales script exactly
Improve 3 aspects of the sales process documentation
Follow up with 30 previous potential members each week
Take detailed notes of each call
You must possess the following skills and/or knowledge:
Understanding of a proper sales process
Experienced success in telesales and phone prospecting
Comfortable using video to communicate with team and prospects
Technically savvy and able to use online applications such as Google Docs
Comfortable asking for the commitment of a potential member
Excellent written language (must always be error free)
You need to live in one of the following states: Florida, North Carolina, Wisconsin, Texas or Missouri
