Job Summary
A financial services company is filling a position for a Remote Sales Senior Contact Center Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Completing inbound and outbound call activities in multiple queues
- Identifying and/or addressing customer needs by using appropriate needs identification methods
- Serving as point of contact for newly-hired bankers for basic questions and mentoring
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 2 years' sales, customer service, and/or other related work experience
- Strong communication skills
- Strong telephone skills
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Minimum of 2 years' banking/financial services sales, customer service, and/or other related work experience
