Job Summary
A global technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Sales Senior Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Generating and achieving monthly territory forecasts, and accurately predicts revenue on a monthly basis
- Building working relationships with license, consulting and education field managers in the respective territory to develop joint account plans
- Managing and developing a team of sales representatives including recruiting, hiring, and training new reps
Qualifications for this position include:
- Travel: Yes, 50 % of the Time
- Ability to negotiate price, other concessions and terms and conditions
- Strong quantitative, analytical and conflict resolution abilities
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Minimum five or more years sales or sales management experience within technology industry
- Ability to hire and train new sales representatives
