Job Summary
A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Sales Service Coordinator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Coordinating operational approvals and notifications for new and non-standard benefits
- Assisting the Sales team with resolution of benefit and operational issues
- Supporting the large and major market group Sales team in the operational enrollment
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to represent Sales Services on a designated project team or in meetings
- Knowledge of FACETS and how to view benefits and product/plan effective dates
- Knowledge of data entry requirements into MARIS, Salesforce and SharePoint tracking log
- Knowledge of data requirements for fully insured and ASO financial arrangements
