Key responsibilities

• Qualify inbound and outbound warm leads to identify potential clients for coaching programs
• Schedule high-quality sales appointments and ensure seamless handovers to closers
• Engage in tailored conversations to highlight the value of the programs and maintain accurate records in the CRM

Required qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
