Job Summary
A financial technology company is filling a position for a Remote Sales Solutions Engineering Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Working with Sales Engineer team to address the technical needs of customers
- Serving as a counselor and advisor to Sales and Sales Engineers
- Attracting, developing, and motivating a team of high-performing Sales Engineers
Position Requirements Include:
- 5-7 years in a customer-facing technical role
- Demonstrated track record of customer-facing leadership
- Experience with strategic planning and setting strategies for sales teams
- Strong understanding of the new business SaaS enterprise sales cycle
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability and desire to teach both Sales Engineers and RSMs
