Job Summary

A financial technology company is filling a position for a Remote Sales Solutions Engineering Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Working with Sales Engineer team to address the technical needs of customers
  • Serving as a counselor and advisor to Sales and Sales Engineers
  • Attracting, developing, and motivating a team of high-performing Sales Engineers

Position Requirements Include:

  • 5-7 years in a customer-facing technical role
  • Demonstrated track record of customer-facing leadership
  • Experience with strategic planning and setting strategies for sales teams
  • Strong understanding of the new business SaaS enterprise sales cycle
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability and desire to teach both Sales Engineers and RSMs
