Job Summary

A software technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Sales Strategy and Execution ITSM Senior Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Being the primary point person for the sales organization in BU and QBR meetings and for the BU in sales meetings
  • Being the key driver of business planning for the BU within sales
  • Driving performance across the entire funnel from marketing to SDR to AE to AM, direct and indirect

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Sales, Solution Engineering, PMM, management consulting or similar experience at a leading SaaS or similar company
  • Global experience working with distributed teams
  • Consistent track record of building relationships with executives within a companies
  • Ability to quickly grasp and distinctly explain technological and business concepts
  • Deep understanding of the sales process inside of the company
  • Understanding of one of Freshworks key markets a strong preference (CRM, ITSM, Customer Service)
