Job Summary
A software technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Sales Strategy and Execution ITSM Senior Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Being the primary point person for the sales organization in BU and QBR meetings and for the BU in sales meetings
- Being the key driver of business planning for the BU within sales
- Driving performance across the entire funnel from marketing to SDR to AE to AM, direct and indirect
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Sales, Solution Engineering, PMM, management consulting or similar experience at a leading SaaS or similar company
- Global experience working with distributed teams
- Consistent track record of building relationships with executives within a companies
- Ability to quickly grasp and distinctly explain technological and business concepts
- Deep understanding of the sales process inside of the company
- Understanding of one of Freshworks key markets a strong preference (CRM, ITSM, Customer Service)
